Verified Qualification
Funding under this program (qualified vehicle-referral reward) is tied to verified, qualified referrals — not estimates or appointments alone. The vehicle must be at the shop, a signed Direction to Pay must be on file, and the estimate must be approved or PDR start / supplement submitted.
Distribution After Approval
Qualified vehicle-referral reward are processed and distributed after the referral meets program qualification requirements, attribution is confirmed, and TDC approves the reward. A completed repair is not required to qualify. Payment is never automatic.
No Enrollment Fee
There is no enrollment fee for the organization, and referred customers can start with a no-cost initial hail-damage inspection. Hail repairs themselves are typically handled through insurance, and the people you refer file their own claim. Texas Dent Company handles the vehicle repair process, including inspection, repair documentation, estimating, repair coordination, and communication along the way.

Do I need to be a licensed contractor to participate?
We work with active roofing professionals. Enrollment requires your business name and contact information. Additional requirements are reviewed at enrollment.
What qualifies a referral?
Three qualification conditions must be met: the vehicle is at the shop (Vehicle Intake), a signed Direction to Pay / repair-order PDF is on file, and the estimate is approved or PDR start is submitted. A completed repair is not required. Attribution through your Customer Booking Link is then confirmed, and every referral is personally reviewed before approval.
How does my link work?
Your unique Customer Booking Link records the booking against your account in our system, and TDC confirms attribution during review. No manual tracking needed on your end.
What if my client doesn't have a claim yet?
Send them our way — we provide hail repair coordination on their situation from the start. A claim is not a qualification condition. If the vehicle meets the three qualification conditions, your referral is still attributed.
Do I get involved in the vehicle claim process?
No. Texas Dent Company handles the vehicle repair process completely. Your role is the referral. We don't cross into the roof claim process — that's your lane.
