Besides, we have two cars and this time my wife's new RAV4 got dented in a parking lot. I went to the TDC website to schedule an appointment. When the friendly customer service rep called me back I explained we have an upcoming road trip. After sending some photos...BINGO!...they repaired our car the very next day. We had an awesome experience here with TDC. Tim was great to work with! He was very communicative, and went above and beyond to help us out! Tim even informed us of an issue they were able to catch from a previous repair job on our car, and made sure everything was perfect by the time they were finished. We also got our car back squeaky clean inside and out! Couldn't recommend TDC enough!
I have had hail damage years before and had to find a shop for repairs but I did not have such pleasant experience as I did while under the care of Fritz! He delt with my insurance and had my rental ready for pick up at my arrival. I did not have to go deliver my vehicle to them because he was there to swap at the rental office. He was attentive and caring throughout the entire process and once my vehicle was ready he delivered it to my front door which helped me a lot since I live 45 min away from where my car was for repairs! No doubt he will be my first option if ever needed again. BTW my car was washed/ detailed before delivered to me!
