Straight answer: Texas Dent Company has one North Texas repair facility, and it is in Frisco at 122 Rose Lane, Suite 801. We do not operate a shop in Keller, Haslet, Watauga, North Richland Hills or Roanoke — and we would rather tell you that up front than have you find out after you book.
What that means in practice is that your hail repair is done in one controlled facility by the same paintless dent repair team, under the same lighting, with the same documentation — instead of in a parking lot or a pop-up tent.
One drive in, one drive out
You bring the vehicle to Frisco once for the inspection. If it goes into repair, we coordinate the hand-off so you are not making the trip back and forth for updates.

Every panel is inspected under professional lighting and photographed. You get the documentation whether or not you decide to repair with us.

I have had hail damage years before and had to find a shop for repairs but I did not have such pleasant experience as I did while under the care of Fritz! He delt with my insurance and had my rental ready for pick up at my arrival. I did not have to go deliver my vehicle to them because he was there to swap at the rental office. He was attentive and caring throughout the entire process and once my vehicle was ready he delivered it to my front door which helped me a lot since I live 45 min away from where my car was for repairs! No doubt he will be my first option if ever needed again. BTW my car was washed/ detailed before delivered to me!
I was so nervous to take my car in for dent repair, but start to finish Cody and his team worked with my insurance to make the process as stress free as possible. They handled everything and even provided me with a courtesy car while they were working on mine. When I came to pick it back up only two weeks later(which is half the time I was quoted at every other place) my car was clean and completely dent free! I can't thank or recommend Texas Dent Company enough!
