Tracked Attribution

Every referral is tracked through your unique Customer Booking Link. The system maintains the connection from initial booking through repair completion.

Verified Qualification

Funding under this program (neighborhood community funds) is tied to verified, qualified referrals — not estimates or appointments alone. The vehicle must be at the shop, a signed Direction to Pay must be on file, and the estimate must be approved or PDR start / supplement submitted.

Distribution After Approval

Neighborhood community funds are processed and distributed after the referral meets program qualification requirements, attribution is confirmed, and TDC approves the reward. A completed repair is not required to qualify. Payment is never automatic.

No Enrollment Fee

There is no enrollment fee for the organization, and referred customers can start with a no-cost initial hail-damage inspection. Hail repairs themselves are typically handled through insurance, and the people you refer file their own claim. Texas Dent Company handles the vehicle repair process, including inspection, repair documentation, estimating, repair coordination, and communication along the way.
