Your deductible is set by your insurance policy and remains the policyholder’s responsibility. If your carrier subtracts the deductible from its payment, that does not mean the deductible was already paid to the repair facility.
Texas Dent Company does not advertise deductible payments, cashback or a standard way around the deductible.
Our job is to inspect the vehicle properly, document the actual repair and build the repair plan around what the vehicle needs. If you have a specific cost question after the vehicle has been inspected and estimated, our team can explain the applicable next step.
