F.A.Q.

  • What is PDR?

PDR, or Paintless Dent Repair, is a method of fixing dents, dings, and hail damage with the use of specialized tools to gently massage and reshape the damaged area from the inside, gradually restoring it back to its original form. It's a precise and non-invasive technique.

  • Why is PDR better than Conventional repair?

PDR is preferred because it allows you to keep your original manufacturer panel. In conventional repair, your panels might be replaced by cutting it out and welding an aftermarket panel; or by adding bondo to the damaged area. This can lead to safety and alignment issues and visual discrepancies.

  • Will my insurance rates go up if I file a claim?

Filing a comprehensive or hail claim should not raise your insurance rates because it's weather-related and beyond your control. Insurance companies use many factors to define the rates, for example, how likely is your zip code to be affected by storms and collisions.

  • How long does the process usually take?

The timeline depends on factors like insurance approval, parts availability, and the extent of damage. Generally, it takes between 10-15 days from approval.

  • What is your warranty on PDR?

Our PDR warranty guarantees that the dents we repaired won't return or cause any defects with your vehicle's integrity or mechanics.

  • Do you use aftermarket parts?

We prefer OEM parts for proper fit and appearance. In cases where insurance requires aftermarket parts, we discuss options with our customers to ensure satisfaction.
